People who work in offices usually have unhealthy habits, such as sitting too long at the computer and skip lunch. Avoid the bad habits that keep you healthy.

The following 9 unhealthy habits are often performed in the office, the reports from various sources:

A. Messy Office Desk

Office desk unkempt and messy can cause stress and affect your work efficiency. In addition, desk, telephone, and computer keyboard is the thing that occupied most germs.

2. Sitting With the Wrong Style
